Tetamu dari Malaysia

Assalamualaikum...

This month i ada tetamu dari Malaysia. Bermulut puaka apatah lagi rambut pun takde. Ah bukan yang bulat belakang macam dalam gambar ni.. Mestilah yang i dah sotongkan dia. 

So pondan tua ni menjaga identiti konon tak nak bagi orang tau diapa siapa. Nasib baik i have a group of friends yang not like me tak terus pengsan lepas tengok muka si pondan tu. lol

So dia pandai bawak diri. from the airport,he took the shuttle untuk ke hotel. Dah sampai hotel baru text me suruh datang sebab nak bawak him dinner. We had dinner at Awani, The Beach. It was windy.. And cold. 

We had a chat. I mean a lot! dan dalam masa yang sama si emi dok mengisahkan sim card si pondan tua ni. Ada issue sikit but punya lah malas nak taip. But i just had too.

ETISALAT VISITOR
  1. We bought the simcard masa my family datang visit aritu which is on December 23. And org kat Etisalat tu cakap, bila dah buka simcard tu kena call untuk activate.
  2. We buka simcard tu on February 25th tapi bila call customer service,katanya dah diactivate and tak boleh guna as a traveller/visitor plan.
  3. So we explain lah yang we beli masa family datang tapi tak buka and tak guna. So how come it is activated and how come pula bila baru nak guna tapi dah tak boleh jadi visitor plan?
  4. So ok lah we hadap je lah mungkin sebab dah bosan dengar customer service dalam phone tu dok cakap "I dont know" kan.



Banyak juga yang diborakkan malam tu. Sampaikan pindah tempat lain juga sebab bagi laluan kat orang lain jugak nak makan plus meja takde. lol!

Tapi hati masih dendam dengan etisalat ok? Yes kena dendam jugak!

So the next day pulak, We went to IKEA for lunch and nak jumpa Warith, Abby, ans Nash. So sementara nak tunggu Warith and Abby habis shopping dalam IKEA, me, Emi, and Ted dok kisahkan Etisalat ni.

ETISALAT VISITOR
  1. Pergi ke Machine tu untuk beli reload card but when key in number it says number not registered.
  2. Ok pergi pulak counter, bagitau whats the situation. Then katanya kena topup je kat kedai biasa. Ada kedai phone tapi tak jual Etisalat. Tapi minah pinoy keje kedai tu bgtau the nearest is the supermarket (hyperpanda). Ok we beli topup 50dirham. Sebab katanya boleh amek daily pass. 
  3. Bila dah topup, pegi balik Etisalat Kiosk tu and jumpa the staff. Again, we cerita apa masalahnya. Katanya xpe boleh guna tapi sebagai normal plan xboleh under visitor. Kena topup untuk data 75dirham untuk 1gb. So dia suruh kita topup lagi 25dirham sebab previous dah topup 50kan.
  4. Ok pegi balik hyperpanda and topup lagi 25dirham. Then pegi balik Eitsala Kiosk tu. Guess What? Tetiba mamat tadi terkial kial buat kerja.
  5. Ok. Aku start masuk campur. I asked "What happen" mukadimah cantik dah tu.
  6. Jawapan dia selamba je "it cannot be used" so aku pun tanya "is that the right answer?" dia senyap. Dok sebok panggil staff lain tolong dia. Ok.
  7. Bila dia dah panggil ramai ramai tu, aku akan highlight masa dia panggil minah arab sorang ni je.
  8. Minah tu cakap kt dia "well you know we cannot do that. we cannot do anything. Tell her to buy a new one but there is no refund" kau sakit hati tak bila kau dengar macam tu? sakit kan? tunggu situ. Aku pun ada mix arab jugak. 
  9. So aku tanya perempuan tu "are you telling me that the 75dirham that i have just topped up is just a waste? Are you kidding me? You see, I had a very lousy answer from your people from the call center telling me the number has been activated even we did not use it and we just open the starter pack last night. And they even told us that we can use this simcard as a normal plan and we are fine with it. And today, ive topped up 50dirham to purchase the data and your boy here asked me to add another 25dirham for 1gb data after he checked the phone and after he know whats really happening? Are you telling me that you cannot refund and more less you cannot do anything about it after your people asked me to do all the things ive did because they asked me to? Is there any better solution for my visitor here?"
  10. So lelaki yang suruh aku topup tu jawab sambil senyum senyum "we can refund but you need to have another etisalat account. It will took 22-25days for the refund" So aku lagi naik hantu. Aku tanya "my visitor is going to be here for 5days. And where can he get the data if the refund is within 22-25days? Can you come up with a better solution? are you using etisalat? if you are, since you are the one who asked me to add on another 25dirham, why dont you pay me back. And you can have the refund within 25 days? I am tired of dealing with your people. Some says this, and some says that. This is the worse experience for my guest and this is his first time in Dubai. It is better using Du. the staff are friendly and the service are amazing."
  11. Aku terus gerak dari counter tu. Its just a waste bila kau dah habiskan masa berapa lama untuk benda yang takde jalan penyelesaian plus hati kau sakit bila kau dengar staf tu cakap dah tak boleh buat apa2 sedangkan staff dia sendiri yang buat silap.

So we met Nashriq. The new guy juga yang baru pindah Dubai. He works at Emirates. Dia belanja lunch at IKEA! Hahaha katanya baru dapat gaji gituh. So we had a chat about emirates, MAS, and few other things yang aku dah tak ingat. lol

So then after makan, Syahmi nak datang. We ajak him pegi museum. Boleh? Ye lah sebab bawak tourist kan. lol

Then lepas museum, we went to Global Village. 


Masa we lepak makan, omg i swear that our pelancong Ted ni buat lawak sampai we all gelak tak kering gusi! Sakit hati sakit perut semua ada!


We decided to stay at Ted's hotel room that night. Sebab nak sambung lepak. Then Ted ada 2 guest. FA Emirates. omg guys kelakar please! And the next morning, Ted complaint the me and my husband tidur berdengkur. Pedulik apa aku dah penat! padan muka kau! Ted kata dia samai tak boleh tido dengan nyenyak. Well siapa suruh tidur lambat dari aku? hahahaha


So the next day, we bawak Ted to his confrence punya location so dia senang nak tau tempat tu kat mana and dia nak register. Later after that, we decided to go to padang pasir. here is the story:

  1. We had lunch at Dragon Mart because the pick up is at Dragon Mart.
  2. Lunch was so good! I had green curry and Thai Tea and of course mango sticky rice. Yummy!
  3. After lunch, we all tunggu pick up. 
  4. So bila pickup dah sampai, the three of us tak muat nak masuk dalam van tu.
  5. Driver kata dia salah kira
  6. Kau tau tak betapa malunya aku dengan guest aku?
  7. Even it is not my fault, tapi macam tak masuk akal la kau boleh salah kira
  8. Then ada this one pinoy nak suruh my husband duduk dekat tengah2 between driver seat and passenger seat. And tmpt tu mmg xde seat pun. 
  9. Ringan je mulut aku nak cakap kat orang tua tu "why dont you sit there?"
  10. We spent almost 30mins nak tunggu driver selesaikan masalah dia salah kira tu.
  11. Katanya nak suruh kami naik teksi.
  12. Well hello, kena bayar lagi.
  13. Lepastu kau pun aku nak kena bayar lagi
  14. So ok, Ted decided to go to the Mall je
  15. Memangla aku tak puas hati sebab service macam tu. Akurasa macam nak marah sangat time tu
  16. Aku terus turun van dengan Ted and aku terus jalan. Takde nak tunggu tunggu dah.
  17. Tapi emi dengan ted gigih lagi tunggu. Aku tak boleh la. Sebab bengang pasal simcard dia pun tak sudah lagi.
  18. Sebab aku fikir kalau aku tunggu lagi melayan driver tu, mungkin dia kena sembur je dengan aku.


So then the next day, i took ted to dinner kat Dapoer Kita makan indonesian food. Nasib baik dia happy. Then pergi pasar beli paru sebab nak buat nasi lemak. Hehehe. Sempat la pose dengan bhaiya tu tengah potong paru. 



I took him to souq naif juga. Ted nak beli abaya for his family. Happy to see him happy atleast la kan. 


And this pondan got me serbuk pewarna untuk buat nasi kerabu!! So boleh la belajar! hehehehehehe thanks ted!


So here is a tip for all you people yang nak datang Dubai.
